At RSV Repair, we stand behind our service with a 100% money-back guarantee. If we cannot recover playable video from your corrupted .RSV file, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

When You Qualify for a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Recovery is not possible — If our software cannot reconstruct a playable video file from your uploaded .RSV file, we will automatically initiate a full refund.
  • Significant quality issues — If the recovered file has severe quality issues that make it unusable (e.g., no audio when original recording had audio, significant visual corruption throughout the file), contact us to discuss a refund.

What Is Not Covered

Refunds are generally not issued in the following cases:

  • Successful recovery with minor artifacts — Some corrupted files may have a few frames of damage at the point where recording was interrupted. This is inherent to the corruption, not our repair process.
  • Resolution or codec differences — Recovered files are delivered in a standard MP4 container. The resolution and codec match the original recording.
  • Duplicate orders — If you accidentally submit the same file twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.

How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is initiated.
  • If recovery fails, refunds are initiated automatically — you don't need to request one.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been automatically issued, please contact us at support@rsvrepair.com with your order details. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours.

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@rsvrepair.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
